The Personalised Ceremony package ~ $850

Preparation of a bespoke ceremony specifically designed for the two of you.  

​

The Personalised Ceremony package includes:

​

• An initial consultation to get to know one another and understand/discuss what your vision is for your wedding ceremony.

• A second meeting closer to your date to finalise all the details.

• Access to my library of resources (readings, poems, and other components of your ceremony), along with helping with your vows.

• A friendly reminder to apply for your licence from Births, Deaths and Marriages!

• A little bit of homework for you both in the form of a questionnaire - this helps me craft your ceremony details.

• Emails, calls, advice, support, recommendations - I have done this over 200 times!

• Running a rehearsal at your venue (or elsewhere), if you want to have one. I recommend this - it's great for helping calm nerves!

• Use of my microphone and wireless PA for the ceremony if needed

• Your vows printed as a keepsake.

 

And of course, The Ceremony 💛

The Simple Ceremony package ~ $450

This option is designed for those who are having a smaller celebration (maximum of 20 people), and would like a simple ceremony option.  Available Sun - Thurs only.

This package includes:

​

• One video call consultation to get to know one another and discuss the details of your celebration.

• A modern, simple ceremony script with the option to include personalised vows.

• Helping with your vows, if needed

• A friendly reminder to apply for your licence from Births, Deaths and Marriages!

• Emails, calls, advice, support, recommendations and a shoulder to lean on!

• No rehearsal is included in this package

• Use of my wireless PA for ceremony music, if you'd like

• Professional, fun, engaging delivery of your ceremony.

The Full Wedding Package ~ $1650

This package brings together the Personalised Ceremony package; with the addition of serving as your MC.

​

As your Wedding MC, I’m there to support the flow of your evening, create a relaxed atmosphere, and work closely with your vendors to ensure every moment feels effortless and beautifully timed.

I will:

• work with your photographer and videographer to make sure no special moment is missed and avoid those unflattering “mid-bite” dinner shots!

• collaborate with your caterers so meals stay hot, plates aren’t cleared during speeches, and timing adjustments feel seamless

• communicate with your DJ or band so the first dance is cued perfectly and the party starts at just the right moment

• check in with the venue team throughout the night so logistics, lighting, movement and mood all align to make your event truly magical

Throughout it all, I’ll welcome and guide your guests, and provide warm, confident hosting so you can relax into the celebration knowing that everything is quietly taken care of in the background.  My approach is people-centred, organised, and attentive, never intrusive or attention-seeking. I’m not there to perform, I’m there to support you!​​

This is especially helpful if your reception is being hosted somewhere that isn't a typical 'wedding venue'.

Travel:

​

Locations within a 50km radius of my home are included in my fee.  Travel is charged at $1.00/km if I am travelling further than 50km each way.

​

If you would like me to attend a rehearsal at your venue on a day prior to your ceremony, accommodation may be required. 

If your ceremony is outside of Christchurch (i.e. Hanmer Springs, Geraldine, Timaru, or Kaikoura or further afield), please discuss this with me.  I will endeavour to stay with family and friends where I can to save you money!
